How do my customers enroll for service?
                        
    By Phone: 888.890.1533         
    On-line:    Your customer can enroll on the web by
                     clicking the link in the referral email they will
                     receive after you submit their referral on-line
                     at the Referral Rewards Zone.

Will Reliant Energy contact my customer directly?
No.  After you submit a referral, an email is sent to your customer. This is the only way Reliant will contact your customer.

What is the Mover ConciergeSM Referral Program?
A convenient way for REALTORS® to refer their customers to Reliant Energy on-line.  After submitting the referral, an email is sent to your customer explaining enrollment methods and special offers.

Do I (the REALTOR®) get paid for referrals?
Yes.  After you submit the referral and your customer starts service with Reliant, you will receive points for shopping in the on-line catalog.

How do my customers benefit from my on-line referrals?
1) Exclusive REALTOR® Referral Electricity Plans
2) Reliant Energy ConnectionsSM: a one-stop shop for several
    home services, including cable or satellite TV, phone,
    internet, and home security. 
3) Reliant Energy customer welcome gift

What is the cost of a Same Day Connection*?

What can I do if my office name is not on the list of  approved offices for the Referral Rewards Zone?
