A: There are 2 ways: (1) contact a Concierge in your area (see right), or (2) click here to register a
new Referral Account.
Q: Will Reliant contact my client?
A: Yes. If you submit the referral in the Referral Rewards Zone, your client will receive an email. If
you contact a Concierge, Reliant will call your client directly.
Q: Is there a Reliant link I can include in my email signature?
A: Yes. Simply include www.reliant.com/move in your email signature.
Q: When should I refer my client?
A: The Concierge Team recommends referring your client about five days before the closing date.
This will provide enough time to confirm the enrollment request and schedule the connection.
Q: How can my client enroll for electricity service?
A: Realtors and/or clients can call 713-488-6800 to speak to our Concierge about plans and
offers in your area.
Q: Where do I submit my new referrals?
A: Visit the Referral Rewards Zone to enter referrals and redeem your points for merchandise.
Q: How do I set up a business account for my property management and/or REO needs?

Q: Where can I sign up for the air filter service?
