*For a Same Day Connection (Priority Move-In), you must complete your enrollment request by 2 p.m. a minimum of 1 business day prior to requested date of service. For a Standard Move-In, you must complete your enrollment request by 2 p.m. a minimum of 2 business days prior to the requested date of service. You must satisfy all enrollments and permit requirements. If you have already scheduled a move-in with Reliant Energy and your closing date changes, please call us 48 hours prior to desired move-in date to reschedule. Requests received after this time cannot be processed due to Transmission Distribution Service Provider guidelines. Same Day Connections is valid for all Transmission Distribution Service, including Centerpoint ($42), Oncor ($97), Texas New Mexico Power ($69), AEP Texas Central Company ($52), and AEP North Texas ($61). Offer is only valid for Same Day Connection (Priority Move-In) requests on existing meters.
