*For a Priority Move-In Same-Day Connection, enrollment is taken through the Reliant Energy Call Center only, online enrollment is not available, and request must be processed by 2 pm CST. Requests processed after 2 pm will be connected the next business day (Mon-Fri; no weekend or holiday connections). Priority Move-In service is only available at locations with an existing meter. In addition, all enrollment and permit requirements must be satisfied before the enrollment move-in request can be processed. Additional charges apply.**$50 Welcome Gift is in the form of a bill credit and will be applied to your customer’s first Reliant Energy bill and not to a deposit or other prior balances. Limit one bill credit per household. Valid only for new Reliant Energy residential customers signing up for a term that is a Reliant Energy Secure Plan with 20% Wind.
